Crunchers is a service company who specialise in helping micro and small businesses with their day-to-day bookkeeping issues. 

We offer clients a unique choice of using our bookkeeping software, so they can do their own bookkeeping, or use our full bookkeeping service.  Flexibility is one of Crunchers key benefits and we can also offer to job share if that suits the client’s budget. This is where we do the books at busy times and the client carries on when they have the time.   

Crunchers core services are sorting out the paperwork, bookkeeping, VAT returns and helping clients manage their customer and supplier balances.

We offer affordable fixed fee service options with payment on a pay-as-you go basis.

Crunchers deliver their service using our in-house developed bookkeeping software.  We have three editions of the software and each has different functionality:

The Client Edition has been designed for businesses owners to use themselves.  This is being used and enjoyed by over 2,500 micro and small businesses.  The Bookkeeper Edition is designed for a bookkeeping business where non-bookkeepers are used do the data entry.

Our corporate identity is designed to appeal directly to the millions of micro and small businesses who cannot use accounting software and hate doing their own bookkeeping. 

Our offices are run under a bookkeeping franchise agreement with accountants, who see a business opportunity in operating a separate bookkeeping business, and with qualified bookkeepers who want to be more successful.
